Novaria's commercial lead. Tiago spends his time inside clients' operations, understanding how they actually run and turning that into commitments Novaria can keep.

Owns client relationships, commercial strategy, and every delivery commitment we make.

Chief Technology Officer

Software engineer and builder. Renato leads Novaria's technology end to end, from the first diagnosis to the code that runs in production.

Owns architecture, engineering quality, and everything that ships to production.

Roots

Portuguese. South African. Both.

The founders are Portuguese South Africans: Portuguese families, a South African upbringing, and the directness that comes with both. Novaria itself is Portuguese, based in the Lisbon area and built for the market it lives in. The backstory just happens to span two continents.
